Dear Mr. Amir,

Thank you for your email, the trip to Iran was enjoyable. The manner and responsibility of my contact with you were professional and accessible.

The attitude, knowledge, and experience of Mr. Ali Redha our guide was easygoing and his knowledge of the history and culture was pleasurable.

All hotels were good, except for Kadous Grand in Rasht which had a faulty toilet, but given that the alternative was fully booked that is excusable.

Our itinerary for the trip was excellent and fulfilling, the places we visited provided a good overall positive impression of our visit to Iran. 

Thank you for the delicious farewell dinner and the views from Milad tower were magnificent.

Dear Amir.

Our trip was already going A++, but now you have completed our trip by giving us this rich experience of staying in a caravanserai hotel. There are no words to thank you. You just have to feel what we are feeling … We will not only refer your agency to anybody who wants to visit Iran but actively try to persuade people to come and feel as happy and rich we feel. Thank you so much for your consideration and generosity. In addition, all went well in Tehran. We enjoyed the lunch. It was a special treat and experience and memory from you. To be very honest, Amir, our whole tour went exceptionally well beyond our expectation. We met many, many beautiful Iranians, we saw the most unique and marvelous sightseeing places and we can not say enough of the cuisine. You really organized everything well and kept your promises and fulfilled more than your promises. You even took time to follow us during our tour. We are happily in Riyadh now and looking forward to traveling through KSA (Kingdom of Saudi-Arabia). And we will enthusiastically share our experiences of Iran with our family, friends, and neighbors and hopefully inspire them to come to Iran and remove the misconception people wrongly have of Iran. We wish you and your family the best.

Dear Mr Amir. Banan:

We arrived safe and sound in Zagreb after a big delay in Istanbul. I wanted to report to you instantly, but I fell ill, and I still have a high temperature and a strange cough. But this much I can say now and always: Your tour has been a maximal success. We enjoyed it wholeheartedly, we enjoyed every day of the trip, and we enjoyed Ebrahim’s company, guidance, his skillful and constant care and worry about us, It was a unique journey, really. We liked the hotels, food, surroundings, sites, people, everything. Once again, this would hardly be possible without the constant care of Mr. Moradi.  He has been occupied with us the whole day, running amok here and there, even twice – twice a day! which was definitely a nuisance for him. If you would like to pose specific questions, please let me know. We were definitely satisfied!

And I just wanted to mention, that Amir Kateb is an incredibly good guide. He is by far the best guide I have ever had, meaning in my 40 years of heavy traveling to the 127 countries I have visited so far. He is not only very reliable and extremely committed, but also a very resilient and extremely creative multitasker who, through his experience, makes the impossible possible. This was a truly great experience!

Feedback on my travel to Iran in July 2023

Dear Amir,

I herewith provide you with feedback on my Iran amazing getaway.

I have literally loved Iran with all my heart, for its culture, civilization, and extraordinary people. The fact that I am an Architect who has been dreaming of visiting Iran for a long time now, has definitely contributed to this excitement of a dream that came true.

Mr. Ebrahimian, the Gashttour representative that accompanied me throughout my trip was excellent and very understanding, he showed me all the secret corners of this amazing country. Apart from the sightseeing program, he took me to authentic restaurants, cafes, and places so I immersed myself in the originality of the country.

The hotels were mostly very good, especially the one in Shiraz (Grand Hotel) where I lived a super exciting experience of hospitality and a welcoming ambiance. I felt the same in Kashan and Yazd as well. Most hotels were adjacent to very good gym facilities – sport is part of Iranian culture – so I did get the chance to meet with local Iranians and become friends with some of them.

It is without doubt that I will visit Iran again. I have been to so many countries but Iran has been the place that left a profound trace of joy, appreciation, and love about life.
