ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival - Mashhad
Arrival at Mashhad airport, welcomed by a Gashttour representative. Then transfer to hotel for rest. O/N Mashhad
Day 2: Mashhad
After breakfast, we will Tomb of Ferdowsi which is a complex composed of a white marble base, and a decorative edifice erected in honor of this Persian poet. Later, visits Imam Reza Holy Shrine and Goharshad Mosque. O/N Mashhad.
Day 3: Mashhad - Torbat-e-Jam - Taybad - Nashtifan

After breakfast, we will drive toward Torbat-e-Jam and visit Sheikh Ahmad Jami Mausoleum. Then, transfer to Taybad and visit Molana Zeinedin Abubakr Tomb and Khajeh Abdollah Tomb. Later, drive to Nashtifan. O/N Nashtifan

Day 4: Nashtifan - Qaen - Birjand

After breakfast, we will visit Nashtifan windmills and then drive to Qaen. In Qaen we will visit Tomb of Bozorgmehr Qaini. Later transfer to Birjand and visit the Historical Castle of Birjand, Akbarieh Garden and Mansion Complex, and Kolah Farangi Citadel. O/N Birjand

Day 5: Birjand - Nay Band Village - Esfak - Tabas

In the morning, we will drive to Nay Band village and visit this wonderful place. Later, drive to Esfak Village and visit the old Esfak Caravansary. Then, transfer to Tabas and visit Morteza Ali Canyon and Golshan Garden. O/N Tabas

Day 6: Tabas - Kharanaq Village - Chak Chak - Yazd

We drive toward Kharanaq Village and visit this 4500-year-old village which is surrounded by mountains on one side and desert on the other. Then, drive toward Chack Chack and visit this Zoroastrian Fire Temple. Later, transfer to Yazd. O/N Yazd.

Day 7: Yazd - Fahraj Village - Yazd

After breakfast drive to Fahraj village a 5000-year-old village in the desert, and visit the Jame Mosque of Fahraj. Later return to Yazd. Yazd is a very ancient city and is listed as a UNESCO Heritage. We will visit narrow alleys, a bathhouse converted to a first-class restaurant, and see the high wind towers which form efficient cooling systems in this desert climate. Then, visit the Dowlat Abad gardens built in the 18th century for a former ruler. Later visit the Syed Jafer shrine, which is decorated with tens of thousands of mirror tiles illuminating the whole mosque. In addition, visit the Friday mosque dates from the 14th century. Later, visit Silence Tower. O/N Yazd

Day 8: Yazd - Meybod - Naein - Isfahan

In the morning we will explore this ancient city and visit a Zoroastrian temple where a sacred fire has been kept burning for hundreds of years and is now a Zoroastrian pilgrim center. This is an opportunity to learn about Zoroastrianism which was the Persian religion before Arabs brought Islam to Persia. This was the burial place for the Zoroastrians. Later, we drive to Isfahan, En route we will visit the Ice House and old caravanserai in Meybod where we can purchase pottery items. Further on at Naein, we will visit a carpet weaving workshop. Then, drive to Isfahan. O/N Isfahan
Day 9: Isfahan
In the morning, we will visit Naghshe Jahan square, a huge open square in the center of Isfahan which is listed as a UNESCO Heritage. The square periphery is marked by outstanding Safavid buildings which include the Ali Qapu palace, the Imam Mosque, the Sheikh Lotfollah (ladies) mosque, and to the north the expansive bazaar where we can see artisans crafting metal work, Persian miniatures, printing intricate designs on cloth and other activities. In the afternoon, we will visit Si-o-Se Pol (thirty-three arches) and Khajoo bridges spanning the Zayanderud River. O/N Isfahan
Day 10: Isfahan
We will visit the Armenian quarter of Jolfa where the Vank cathedral and its adjacent museum are of interest. Later we visit the Friday Mosque, Pigeon Tower, and Chehel Sotoun Palace where the huge murals are masterpieces from Safavid times. O/N Isfahan
Day 11: Isfahan - Departure
In the early morning transfer to the Isfahan airport for your return flight from Iran.
