Mohammad Rokni stated in the National Symposium of One Hundred Years of Iranian Tourism, which was held in the form of a webinar on the historical course of tourism, culture, pilgrimage, nature tourism, and sports: we decided to dedicate a museum in Khorasan Nation Park for these collected documents.
Iran’s Tourism Industry documents are an important issue. The country’s cultural heritage department will discuss this subject in various meetings in the then governor’s office.
The director of the Great Museum of Khorasan said: “In the meetings, we had with our friends and colleagues about Iran’s Tourism Industry, we concluded that one of the opportunities we can use the museum is to create a center called collecting documents for the country’s hotel and tourism.”
One of the opportunities that can be used in the museum is the collection of documents that are in the hands of researchers and scholars. It is a good opportunity to collect these documents to be given at an appropriate time in the form of an exhibition work at a suitable time.
Rokni reminded us: the beginning of the second 100 years of Iran’s Tourism Industry can be based on the collection of documents.
He pointed out: Museums can be one of the most effective tourist destinations in Iran. Those who are active in Iran’s tourism industry should help museums return to their original prosperity with the presence of domestic and foreign tourists.
