The Supreme Committee for Corona in the Kingdom of Oman has lifted the Oman Quarantine restriction on a hotel for Iranian citizens who travel to this country.
From now on, citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran, like citizens of other countries, can obtain two doses of the Corona vaccine approved by the Ministry of Health. Previously, traveling to this country was only available through some strict rules. Those who wished to travel there had to submit to Oman Quarantine.
According to ISNA, following the announcement of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Oman and following the follow-up made by that embassy and the meetings of the ambassador Ali Najafi with officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health, the High Corona Committee in Oman, the matter of Oman Quarantine was the subject.
Since then, the mandatory quarantine restrictions canceled in favor of Iranian citizens. No staying in selected hotels for Iranian citizens when they travel to this country, and from now on, citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran, like citizens of other countries, can travel to Oman with a certificate of injection of two doses of corona vaccine approved by the Omani Ministry of Health.
Also, people residing in Oman can travel to Oman under the conditions announced by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Earlier, incoming passengers from Iran and Iraq were required to stay in the organizational quarantine stations (hotel) for nine days to enter Oman.
