Mahan Airline Invests in Kerman Tourism

The Director-General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Kerman Province announced the presence of economic consultants of Mahan Airline in the historical monuments of this province to invest in the field of tourism.

He pointed to the Shahdad International Registration Area and said: “Mahan Airlines has invested the most in the Shahdad region, which fortunately the company has been successful in this field, and the company’s consultants are trying to spread this experience to other parts of the province.”

He said: Due to the existence of unique historical buildings in Kerman province and the lack of sufficient funds in the field of restoration of this building, the best option to maintain and restore this building is to use a strong private sector, which fortunately has a good capacity in Kerman province.

The Director-General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Kerman Province emphasized: A large number of historical monuments in this province are ready for investment by economic agents. the private sector like Mahan Airline, and even government agencies, with which the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage will cooperate.

He added: Kerman province has seven world registered works, 700 national works, and 7000 known works, each of which can be an attraction to attract tourists to Kerman province.

“Activists and those interested in investing in various fields of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts are asked to take the lead in preserving and reviving as well as investing in the historical monuments of Kerman, like Mahan Airline,” he said.
