On the head of the entrance of Navab Building, from which a healthy but ruined body is on the verge of destruction, an old iron plaque announces the national registration of this historical monument; An ancient building that has been abandoned for years in disputes between heirs and neglect of cultural heritage.
While Navab Building is still in its final days, like a deadly disease, it is visible near one of the busiest passages, and rumors of restoration and news of rescuing one of the forgotten heritage of Yazd.
They saved the historic Navab Building from the danger of destruction due to the sensitivity of the general public, and it is in a better condition due to the efforts of the cultural heritage department.
Navab Building is a historical building with contemporary architecture that once had greatness and glory for itself, but due to the negligence of its owners, it became wretched.
There is a continuation of these ills and the danger of the destruction of this historical heritage. Yet, the owners of the mansion did not take any action to preserve it, and it seems that the preservation of this heritage was not possible except by devotees of cultural heritage.
Recently, with the voice of public demands and the sensitivity of the cultural heritage community and heritage-loving jihadi groups, they took action to preserve this building, and the Yazd prosecutor took direct action and issued an order.
Now, after some time, the cultural heritage has taken action to reconstruct Navab Building and strengthen its roof. Although this privately owned building still needs to be more.
Nawab Mansion belongs to the Pahlavi period and is located in Yazd, Kowsar Boulevard, not far from the train bridge and this work was registered on December 7, 2008, with the registration number 24430 as one of the national monuments of Iran.
