Disney World Resort

While most schools are back or will be starting this week, it seems that remote virtual learning from home or in a hybrid combination of remote and in-person is how students are going to go on this year.

The Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World Resort is now offering an exclusive and so to be said, expensive way to learn remotely. The idea is called ‘Schoolcation.’

According to a report in People magazine, the Four Seasons is presenting a supervised remote learning position, with a dedicated learning space during the day for children to do their work or take online lessons, afterward there is the time to play at the world’s most perfect playground.

Thomas Steinhauer General Manager and Regional Vice President of Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World Resort said, during his interview that “this new suggestional package made offered to our Resort guests, can be both helpful to parents and kids. Children will study and at the same time have a fun experience. Many kids have been doing their school work from home for a while now. This is an opportunity to put together the learning environment and school.”

This program is bound to anti-COVID-19 protocols. As People magazine has stated, the schoolwork sessions are held in small-group classrooms that are spacious and airy at the Four Seasons Resort. Each student gets free Wi-Fi and a desk area dedicated to themselves that is physically distanced from the other students and there are no more than six students in each classroom.

While students can take their classes from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a lunch break at noon, parents can enjoy themselves with adults-only activities, including its Oasis Pool, spa treatments a full-service hair salon, indoor and outdoor relaxation lounges, golf club, mixology classes, and fitness center.
