The first symposium of one hundred years of Iranian tourism will be held in the 15th century AH. To study, collect, rereading and anthologizing the historical course and the amazing process of changes, influential factors, opportunities, and threats.
This symposium was organized by the Coordinating Council of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism NGOs, Cultural Science and Technology Park, ICOM National Committee, Iranian Tourism Society.
They have the support and cooperation of Tehran University, Isfahan University, Cultural Heritage and Tourism Research Institute, Ministry Roads and Urban Development, the Iranian Tourism Foundation, Tourism Commission of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Tehran’s Tourism Headquarters, and specialized tourism and trade unions.
One Hundred Years of Iran Tourism Symposium is inviting authors, professors, specialists, experts and conducting studies.
The head committee is now collecting documents, compiling scientific and historical notes, to be more prepared for the beginning of the new solar century. They have re-reading and re-evaluating the historical trend, developments, and factors in mind.
Iranian Tourism pathology in the last century, policies, laws, programs, structure and executive measures, especially in the effective events of the last year will be discussed and analyzed also.
This Iranian Tourism Symposium will be held with the formation of 13 specialized working groups.
Land, rail, air and sea transport working groups, hotels and accommodation centres, accommodation equipment, local, traditional and historical accommodation, hospitality, travel and tourism services (domestic travel, outgoing and incoming), cultural travel, pilgrimage, nature tourism, sports and health tourism, visa services, consular, and tour guides are all participating in such event.
Iranian Tourism Symposium is moving toward the mentioned goals and will be held online and in-person in the second half of Persian’s year at the end of the century.
As one hundred is not a number to forget, this event must be superb and perfect also.
