One of the characteristics of carpet weaving in this region that is still practiced is the vivid color tradition of weaving; In the weaving of these Persian Carpets, mostly hand-made wool is used, which is collected from the same region or adjacent provinces and spun by hand.
Ahrari added: “Although in recent years the use of machine wool or factories has been common, the said tradition is still practiced in some areas of Chaharmahal Bakhtiari province, their weaving category has its fans.”
Regarding the color of carpets in this area, he said: “The number of colors of this type of carpet in this area is limited and usually less than 20 colors are used in the texture of the Persian Carpets, but the colors used are very bright”
